蜂窝式SCR脱硝催化剂陶瓷载体模块

2005年开始公司与东南大学在国外先进脱硝催化剂技术的基础上，共同研究开发出蜂窝式SCR脱硝催化剂陶瓷载体模块，于2009年获得一项国家发明专利“整体式蜂窝选择性催化还原烟气脱硝催化剂及其制备方法（200910030398.2）”，2014年获得了“江苏省科技进步一等奖。此类型活性高，催化剂蜂窝陶瓷载体活性位超同类型20％，脱硝效率最高可达98％，抗硫性能强，S02／S03转化率<1％，采用特殊的端头硬化技术，耐冲刷，适用温度广280~C一420~C，催化剂蜂窝陶瓷载体物理强度高，能多次再生使用。
