       宜兴市宜刚环保工程材料有限公司（以下简称公司）在无锡市宜刚耐火材料有限公司的基础上建立,是一家拥有独立法人资格的国家级高新技术企业。公司专业从事发电、钢铁、水泥、船舶、焦化、石化、玻璃等行业高效烟气脱硝催化剂蜂窝陶瓷载体的设计、研发、制造、检验及售后技术服务。公司成立于2006年9月，位于宜兴西侧，中国宜兴环保科技工业园，厂区占地面积78亩，现有建筑面积20000m2。
       公司的蜂窝式SCR脱硝催化剂陶瓷载体模块项目为2007年宜兴市重点项目，公司于2006年起投资1.3亿元建设产能为16000 m3/年的催化剂蜂窝陶瓷载体生产线，目前拥有四条具有国内领先水平的生产线。公司已装备有进口德国（ECT）挤出线3条，国产先进挤出生产线一条，拥有辊道式窑炉5条，自主设计的节能燃气式窑炉一条。公司还拥有全套高性能的小、中试生产设备，各类进口的检测设备，BET比表面积测定仪、强度实验机、碳硫测定仪、激光粒度测定仪、分光光度计、X射线荧光分析仪等。
       自公司成立起，公司共为近200台300MW～1000MW火电机组提供了优质的催化剂设计、供货、安装、运行维护，自投运之日起全部高效稳定正常运行，截止到2017年初尚无任何机组出现催化剂质量问题投诉。目前公司自主设计、制造的蜂窝式催化剂产品在华能，华电，粤电，深能及上海锅炉、东方锅炉等各大电力集团均具备了优秀的运行业绩。

       2014年起，公司在以从事电力行业烟气脱硝催化剂为主的同时，开发了石化行业、建材行业、焦化行业、船舶行业、城市垃圾焚烧电厂尾气处理的特种催化剂，并已申报6项专利技术。目前新型中低温脱硝催化剂已经在焦化，垃圾焚烧及玻璃窑炉等行业内拥有了成功的运行业绩。

       SCR denox catalyst project of the company is the important project in Yixing in 2007. In 2006，the company invested RMB 1 30 million yuan to establish the catalyst production line with 16000m3/year of productivity After 5 years’research，development and preparation，the company has 4 production lines with advanced level in China．The company has equipped with 3 Germany imported(ECT)extrusion production lines，1 domestic advanced extrusion production line，5 roller table furnaces and 1 self-designed energy—saving gas—fired furnace．The company also has complete set of pilot-scale and middle-scale production equipment，various imported checkout equipment．BET specific surface area measuring inStrument，strength

       Since the establishment of the company，our company provides design，supply，installation and running maintenance of high quality catalyst to more than 200 sets of 300MW～1000MW thermal machine units．Since they were put into operation，all ofthem can high-efficiently，stably and normally run．Until the beginning of 201 7，there is no quality complaint for the catalyst of any unit．Now，the honeycomb catalyst products independently designed and manufactured by the company have excellent operational performance in China Huaneng，China Huadian Corporation，Yudean Group，SE，Shanghai Boiler，Dong Fang Boiler and other electric power groups．
       Since 2014，the company has developed the petrochemical industry，building materials industry，coking industry，ship industry，researched and developed the tail gas treatment of municipal waste burning power plant and 6 patent technologies when the company mainly engages in the flue gas denox catalyst of power industry Now，the new medium and low temperature denox catalyst has had the successful operational performance in the industries of coking，waste burning and glass furnace．
